I’m having trouble getting an image for the game… Started a game earlier today and just tried to get on tonight and no imagery at all…. Thank you for your help. Really enjoyed playing the game and hope its fixable…

I believe you are referring to WordZAbout, and not our other game, Hexagong. Let me know if that’s not right.
The WordZAbout patch was released late last night – have you tried downloading the patch, and if so, did the problem appear before or after?
If not, please download the patch and see if happiness is restored. If not, please let us know ASAP. We want you to enjoy the game!
